Hello from Chicago!!! We are waiting on our pizza restaurant to open across the street, and thought we would update you on our travels. Tuesday we left Statesville, and headed for Ohio. We briefly stopped at Akron University to see the new stadium. We stayed Tuesday night with Leslie's Grandpa and Nana. Grandpa took us to dinner with Aunt Shelly, Uncle Jim, Jessica, and Jeremy. We spent the next day at Put In Bay, but since the weather was nasty in the morning, we went to see Cleveland. Basically, we ran the streets of Cleveland in the rain. We saw the Rock and Roll Hall of fame, Cleveland Browns stadium, then had a cup of warm coffee in the cutest coffee shop. Yes...we were actually cold and needed something warm! We ended up at Put In Bay about noon. We rode our bikes over the whole island, probably twice. The weather turned out to be beautiful by early afternoon, so we were able to enjoy the day except for the 4 snakes!
Currently, we are in Chicago. We will sleep tonight in South Dakota....long day!
